Dear Members I am a Consultant with an Engineering background and experience of Software, Systems and Industrial Automation. I am currently researching commercially available devices, sensors and systems for use in the aerospace industry for a client. In particular I am interested in those powered by Energy Harvesting (vibration, inductive, thermal, etc.) and communicating wirelessly (particularly logging data in real time in operation and then being interrogated to upload data). In particular I would like any information or suggestions related to the following: * Fibre Bragg Grating (FBG) interrogators powered by Energy Harvesting. Or very low power interrogators in general. * Vibration Energy Harvesting devices for comparitively high power generation. * Induction Energy Harvesting from 20Hz and 330Hz sources - Devices passing past a permanent magnet. * Energy Harvesting and subsequent DC-DC conversion and storage to power devices requiring a nominal 24 VDC. The current aim is to put together proof of concept and technology for lab testing in the next couple of months. Please post any details on this forum or contact me directly: HKafeman@HDKSolutions.co.uk Tel: +44 (0)1908 866921 Many thanks and regards Henry Kafeman
