Kinetron in the Netherlands is an innovative, high tech company specialised in the research, development, manufacturing and assembly of micro kinetic energy systems for energy harvesting in the field of Micro Generator Systems, Water Turbine Generators and Micro Motors.

Kinetron is founded in 1984 by the invention of world's smallest micro generator for energy harvesting in a wrist watch.

Today our mission is to deliver the highest performing micro generator systems for energy harvesting to enable our customers to outperform their competitors in the areas of user friendliness, functionallity, design, environment, cost of ownership (no battery replacement) and cost of installation (no hard wiring).

We achieve our mission by working in close cooperation with industrial clients and universities. We built on our roots in the watchmaking industry and make use of our patented technologies and know how of micro kinetic systems and production methods. With our R&D expertise we develop new technologies and apply current technologies and standard solutions into our customers products. Finally our products are produced and assembled by our efficient and high quality production facility.
