Technical University of Sofia (Faculty of Electronic Engineering and Technologies)

The Faculty of Electronic Engineering and Technologies was established in 1987 on the base of the division of the then existing Faculty of Radio-electronics.
The Faculty of Electronic Engineering and Technology comprises 4 departments:
1. Department of Electronic Engineering; 2. Department of Power Electronics;
3. Department of Microelectronics; 4. Department of Chemistry.
The Faculty offers Bachelor’s and Master's degree courses in Electronics, completed with the defense of a diploma thesis.
The courses have 4 specializations: 1.Electronic Systems ; 2. Power Electronics ;
3. Microelectronics; 4.Biomedical Engineering.
