I hold a1st Class Masters in Electronic Engineer and will shortly receive my PhD in Energy Harvesting for low power electronics from the University of Hull. My research focused on extracting energy from human footfall to power for wireless sensor networks (WSN), actuator networks and low power lighting and signage. My role at IDTechEx covers Energy Harvesting, Wireless Sensor Networks, Electric Vehicles and the Smart Grid.

Biography
Raghu Das MA (Cantab) is CEO of IDTechEx. He has a BA Natural Sciences degree from Cambridge University, where he studied physics. He has been closely involved with the development of RFID, energy harvesting and printed electronics for over nine years, carrying out consultancy in Europe, USA, Asia and the Middle East. He has lectured on these topics at over 250 events and conferences around the world and is author of several IDTechEx publications.
